be discharged of his Indre of apprenticehood to the sd Danll

in the P were and the sd Danll Perchard< no role > being duely Served wth Copy of the sd petr. and ppon & [..] ll Hearing of what was
alledged by the sd master & his sd apprentice & Counsell for the sd apprentice & [..] Upon Examinacon
of seveall Witnesses upon Oath as well on the behalf of the
sd Master as of the sd apprentice touching the sd Master It
is Ordered by this Court that [..] the sd I as Edge the
sd apprentice be & he is hereby absolutely discharged
from the sd Indue of Apprenticehood to the sd Dan Perchard< no role > [..]
And it appearing he this Court that the sd Sum of 15c. 15s.
was paid to the sd Danll Perchard by the sd John Edge< no role >
the Father for his takeing the sd Jas Edge< no role > the Son to
leam the sd Art or Mistery of a Goldsmith and to
provide for him as an appprentice It is at the instance
& reguest of the sd John Edge< no role > Ordered by this Court
that the sd Danll Perchard< no role > do forthwith refund &
pay unto him the sd John Edge< no role > the Same of 10 to the
intent that he may place out & put apprentice the sd Jas. Edge to some
other Master in order to gain a Lively hood And We whose
hands & Seals are hereunto sett being four of his Majtes
Justices of the peace for this Liberty (one of as being of
the Quoram) present at the Sd Sessions have pronocus sed
& declared and do pronounce & declare that for the reasons
aforesd we have discharged and do accordingly discharge
the sd Jas Edge of & from his Apprenticehood to the sd
Danll Perchard And Do order there sd Danll Perchard to
pay to he sd Jas Edge the sd Same of £10 as he will
answr the Contrary at his Prill Given under our
hands & Seals the sd 19th day if April [..] in the aforesd
