At the Session of Oyer & Terminate of our Sovereign Lord the King
holden for the County of Middx at Hicks Hall in St. John Street
in the County aforesaid by adjornment on Saturday the Second
day of March in the Seventh year of the reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the Second King of Great Britain
France & Ireland Defender of the Faith.

the Same to be false & counterfeit Is comitted to the House
of Correction aforesaid there toremainbe kept to hard
Labour for the Space of Seven days then to be delivered

Indictment against him for a trespass and Misdemeanour and
defrauding of St. Edward Deering< no role > Bart . of Five Guineas is fined for
the Said Offence 1s. to be Estreated And he is to be Stripped Naked
from the Midle upwards and publickly whipped at a Carts Tayle
from Holborn Barrs unto and round Soho Square in this County
untill his body be bloody at Such time as the Sheriff of this
County Shall forthwith appoint And he is to Stand comitted
and to be delivered to the Keeper of the House of Correction at
Clerkenwell in this County there to be Keep to hard Labour for
the Space of twelve Months then to be delivered paying his
Fees 12s,,8s.
