Saturday last being the 23d Day of February Instant he this Dept.
did Serve a True Copy of the Notice of Confession
hereunto annext by Leaving the same with one
Mrs Davis a Lodger in the Dwelling house of
the prosecutor Benjamin Garland< no role > and the said Mrs
Davis then & there told this Depont. She would
certainly give the Said Notice to the said Benjn.

time the said Mrs Davis told this Dept. that the should
