Take Notice that I will personally
appear at the next General Quarter Sessions of
the peace to be holden at hicks-hall in St. John
Street for the County of Middlesex on Tuesday
next being the 15th of this instant month of
January at Ten of the Clock in the forenoone
then and there to try my Traverse upon an
Indictment preferred against me in last
August Sessions for an Assault Dated this
12th day of Janury 1733
