At the General Session of the peace of our Sovereign
Lord the king Golden for the County of Middx at Hicks
Hall in St. John Street in the County aforesaid by
adjournment on Thursday the Sixth day of December
in the Seventh year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
George the Second King of great Britain France &
Ireland Defender of the Faith.

It is Ordered by this Court that a plea of
Misnomer putt in by Elizabeth Currant< no role >
in October Sessions to an Indictment prferred
& formed in August Sessions last against her
by the name of Sara Currant< no role > and alsoe against & others for unlawfully taking away
divers goods of John Moulton< no role > , be allowed
& recorded at a true pleaunless the said.

notice hereof shall onbySaturday nextat
ten of the clock
in the forenoon putt in his
Replication written on parchment to the
