Take Notice Alexander Vincent< no role > & Ann< no role > his Wife the Persons intended
in the Indictment by you preferred last Aprill Sessions at Hicks's Hall in St.
Johnstreet in the County of Middx & then & there found against Thomas
Vincent< no role > last of the Parish of St. Martin in the Fields in the County of Middx
Yeoman & Ann his Wife & against whom together with one George Frazier< no role > late
of the same Yeoman the sd. Indictment for keeping a disorderly shop is brought,
have last Sessions put in a plea of Misnomer to the sd. Indictment. If therefore
you donot reply thereto before Saturday next they will pray the Judgment of
the Court on the sd. Plea. Dated the 9th. Day of October 1733.
