Take Notice that I intend to appear at the
Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace to be
held by adjornmt. for the County of Middx on
Friday next being the nineteenth day of this
instant October at nine of the Clock in the
forenoon & will then & there relinquish my
former Plea of not Guilty & plead Guilty to &
confess the Indictmt. by you preferred against
me for assaulting & beating you dated this
18th day of October 1733.
