Take Notice That I Shall appear at the Generall Quarter
Sessions of the peace to be holden for the County of Middx at
Hicks Hall in St. John Street in the sd. County by Adjorument
on Tuesday next being the Ninth day of October instant at ten
of the Clock in the forenoon and then & there try My Traverse
upon an Indictment which you have preferred agt. me for an
Assault Dated the 5th. day of October 1733
