John Harrison< no role > Attorney for the Defendent Elizabeth
Hodd in this Cause maketh Oath That He this Deponent
did On the Eleventh Day of September last past in the
Dwelling House of Martha Archbold< no role > in Blewgate Fields
in the parish of Saint George in the said County) Then and
there personally serve the said Martha Archbold with a
true Copy of the Notice annexed hereunto And this Deponent
Sath that at the time he served the said Notice the said
Martha Archbold told this Deponent that the Defendent
might goe and Stay at Hickss Hall in Saint John
Street in the said County until she came there which
would be long enough And this Deponent further
Saith that the said Martha Archbold prosecutrix is a
person of evil name Fame and Conversation and a
common Solicitrix Stirrer of Strife litigious Causes
and prosecutions and takes MoneyFfrom such persons
who she prevails upon to be concerned with Her
