Take Notice that I intend to appear at the Generall
Sessions of the peace to be held by adjornmt. for the
County of Middx on Thursday next being the twentieth
day of this instant September at ten of the Clock in the
forenoon & will then & there pray the Court to respite
the Recognizance wherein I am bound to answer your
Complaint (for not maintaining one who calleth her
self by the name of Hannah Beeden< no role > & pretends to
be my wife) untill the next Quarter Sessions Dated
