hath pleaded Guilty to an Indictment against him for
an assault is fined for the said offence one Shilling and he is
comitted to New Prison aforesaid there to remain till he pay
the said Fine Then to be delivered paying his Fees 4s.8d.

hath pleaded Guilty to two Several Indictments against
him for assaults is fined for the said Offences one Shilling
upon oath Indictment and he is [..] Comitted to New Prison
aforesaid there to remain till he pay the said fines Then to
be delivered paying his fees 9s.4d.
