The humble Petition of John
Simpkins
< no role > of the Parish of Whitechapl .
in the County of Middlesex

Humbly Sheweth


That Yor. Said Petitr. about Eight
Years agoe being then about Thirteen Years
old was bound Apprentice the Said Parish of
Whitechappel to one John Chittle< no role > a Plaisterer of
the said Parish which Said John Chittle< no role > uses your
Said Petitioner in a barbarous and Cruel manner
by immoderately & unreasonably beating him
[..] not allowing him Sufficient Meat Drink [..]
Apparel

Therefore Yor. said Petr. desires
you would take his Case into your
Consideration to releive him so as in
your Wisdoms Shall seem meet

And Yor. Petr. Shall ever Pray Etc.
