To the Right Worshipfull his Majesties Justices of the peace for
the County of Middlesex at their General Quarter Sessions
Assembled.

The Humble Petition and appeal of
Robert pidgeon< no role > against the poors
Rate of the parish of Saint Mary
Whitechappell in the Said County

Sheweth.

That your petitioner is this year Rated-
and Assessed the Sume of Two Shilling and Two
pence per month towards the poor Rate of the said
parish and that their is Severall persons who live
in houses of greater Rent and abillity who are Not
charged So much.

Your petitioner thinking himself agreived by-
the Said Rate humbly appeal against the same

And pray that Your Worships would
be pleased to give him Such releif
in the premises as to your Worships
Shall Seem meet

And your Petitioner Shall Ever Pray
