To the Right Worshipfull his Majesties Justices of the peace for the
County of Middlesex at their Generall Quarter Sessions Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of John
Francis
< no role > against the poors Rate of
the parish of Saint Mary White
Chappell in the Said County

Sheweth

That your petitioner is this year Rated an Assessed
the Sume of One Shilling and Six pence per month
towards the poors Rate of the Said parish notwithstanding
your petitioner last year appeald and by the Justices to
whom it was referred him to Seven pence per Month
and your Petitioner being very poor is unable to pay the
said Rate

Your petitioner therefore most humbly
pray that your Worships would be
pleased to Order that he may be
wholy discharged from paying the
Said Rate or Such Other Releif-
in the premises as to your Worships
Shall Seem meet

And your Petitioner Shall Ever Pray
