Middlesex To Wit


At the General Quarter Sessions of the Peace of
our Lord the King held for the County of Middlesex
at Hicks hall in Saint John Street in the County
aforesaid by Adjournment on Tuesday theThird
eighth-Day ofAprilMay in the Sixth year of the Reign of
our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the
Grace of God now King of Great Britain France
and Ireland.

It is Ordered by this Court that the hearing and determining
the matter of this appeale be and the same is hereby adjourned untill
the next General Sessions of the Peace to be holden for this County and
that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Saint James within the Liberty of Westminster within mentioned
upon Service of a Copy of this Appeal and Order and all Persons concerned
do attend the Court of the said next General Sessions on Friday the
Eleventh day of Maynextinstant at Ten of the Clock in the forenoon to
hear and abide the Judgement and Determination of the same Court
touching the said Appeal
