Maketh Oath That he this
Deponent did on Tuesday last Endeavour to find
John Lampright< no role >
the prosecutor in this Cause in Order to Serve him with a Copy of
the notice hereunto Annexed but this Deponent not being
able to find out the place of Residence or Habitation of the
said Prosecutor did leave the said Notice with the wife of
Henry Lampright< no role >
brother to the said prosecutor who told this
deponent that she knew not where the said Prosecutor was
to be found, but would Deliver the said notice to her Husband
and the Deponent further Saith that he Read over unto the
said Mistress Lampright the said notice. And also on the
same day left another Copy of the like notice with
Francis

whom this Deponent is Informed is one of the Witnesses
or the back of the Indictment in this Cause, and Desired
him to Deliver the Same to the prosecutor, who told this
Deponent that he knew not where the said prosecutor
was but he would Deliver And Carry the said notice to his
