the Order of Court hereunto annexed
was left wth. this Depont. at this said
Fathers House on Tuesday night last
about five of the Clock in ye afternoon
(and not before) And this Depont. further
maketh Oath that his said father was
then, and still is out of Town; for that
he set out last Monday morning for
Brackley in Northampton shire and is
not expected in Town again till about
Sunday or Monday next.
