Take notice that wee intend to appear at the next Generall Sessions
of the Peace to be holden at Hicks Hall in St John Sheet in and for the
County of Middlesex by adjornment on Tuesday the twentieth day of
this instant February at ten of the Clock in the Forenoon and then and
there plead Not Guilty to the Indichnent by you preferred against
us in December Sessions last for an assault and at the same time by
our Traverses upon the said Indictment Dated 16th. day of February
1732.
