Humbly Shewth.

That yr Petr. hath kept a Publick House in
an orderly Manner in the sd. Parish for about
Eight years last past & Sr. Thos. Reynolds< no role > for Reasons
unknown to ye. Petr. hath lately refused granting
a Licence to ye Petr.

Yr. Petr. therefore humbly prays
yr. Worps to take his Case into ye.
prudent Consideracon yt. he may be
relieved in the Prmisses.

And ye Petr. shall ever pray Etc.
