Holbourn in the County of Middx

Sheweth

That yor. petr. prferred his humble Petition to be
honable Court praying releife when Yor. Petr. was [..]
directed to apply to the parish offices for releife
which yor. Petr Accordingly did but the said offices
refuse to releive your Petitioner-unless Your
Petitioner can produce an Order from this honoble
Court for that purpose.

That yor: Petr: is a very poor man not able to
to work haveing not the use of his himbs and
almost Pished for want

Therefore yor. Petitioner most
humbly prays yor. honr the pranes
considered to grant unto Yor. Peter
