wch. Joseph Odell< no role > Execr . of Tho: Martin< no role >
alledged to be due to the sd. Martin (vizt.) £10. for one
quarter's salary at Lady day 1728, [..] ch
was Ordered inof which the sd. Odell
desireth payment, which sume was
Ordered in May sessions 1728. to be paid
to Martin by Mr. Tho: Jones< no role > the then
Treasurer for passing & releiving of
Vagrants, which Odell the Execr. alledges
was not paid either by the sd. Jones or
by Wm. Colesworth< no role > Esqr. the succeeding
Trearer , And the said Odell alsoe
prays paymt. of the further sume of
£20. for halfe a yeares salary due to
Martin for the like service at Michas
1731,
