for felony in
altering the last will of
Ann Phillips< no role >
deced after
her decease, And that
on the 24th. day ofthe Sd. Trewilt
being apprehended by the Sd. Warrant and afterwds.
by a subsequent Warrant granted by Justice
Martin for the said fact & carryed both times
before

was by him twice
discharged, and that Mr. Holder bomed the said

by Recongn to appeare at Sessions
for insisting to have the said Trewitt comitted,
And that woodford is aggreived by the Sd Trewilts
being soe discharged from prosecutor And he
therefore prayed to be releived, The Court
hathappointed the matter of the said peticon
to be heard on the next County day
And I
was directon(Vizt.) Thursday the twelfth day
of October instant
And directed that I should
write to you to deserve you will please to be
present
and dine at Hicks hall on that dayat
the hearing of the said peticon, and to dine
at Hicks hall on that day, I am
