Take Notice that the said Samuel Wiseman< no role >
will appear at Hicks's Hall on Thursday next being the
Twelfth day of this instant October at Ten of the Clock in
the Forenoone, and will then and there Plead to the Indictmt
by you the said Mary Winfield< no role > preferred against the said
Samuel Wiseman< no role > last January Sessions of the Peace held
for the said County of Middlesex in Order to be discharged
Dated this Tenth day of October . 1732.
