the County of Middx Confectioner [..] And Richard Miners< no role >
of the Same Parish Brush maker Jointly make Oath that they
these Deponts. are well acquainted with Thomas Millingter Against
whom a Petition is prefered by his Apprentice William Camron< no role >
to be Discharged from his Apprenticehood and that they these
Deponts. did Attend with the Sd. Thomas Millington< no role > on Wednesday
last Psueant to an Order of this present Sessions of the peace
at Hicks's Hall made on reading the said Petition in order to the
hearing of ye Same then as the day Appointed And these Depont.
further Say that he the sd. Thomas Millington< no role > Since his Said
Attendance wasthenand now continues so dangerously ill of
a please tick fever that as these Deponts Verily believe he cannot
Stir out of his Room with out hazard or his Life [..]
these Depts haveing Seen him this Day Sick in his bed
