Whereas you become bound in a Recognizance
for the appearance of John Hutchinson< no role > at the
Generall Sessions of the peace to be held for the
the County of Middx at Hicks Hall in St John
Streete on Tuesday the twenty third Day of this
Instant May to answer the Complaint of [..]
the Right Honble. Frances Countess of Sutherland

These are therefore to give you notice that unless
the sd John Hutchinson< no role > Shall personally appear
at the Sessions aforesd: to answer the sd Complaint
on Thursday next being the twenty fifth Day of
this Instant May at ten of the Clock in the
forenoon the Court will then be moved or to
soon after as Council can be heard that your
Recognizance may be Estreated into the Exchequer
in case the sd John Hutchinson< no role > does not appear
