WHEREAS Compliant hath been made unto
us, two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County ofMiddx (Quor' unus) by
the Church Wardens and Overseers of the poor
of the Parish ofEaling in the said
County, ThatAnn Irman< no role > an Infant aged about Six years
Elizabeth Irman< no role > an Infant aged about four years and Sarah
Irman
< no role > an Infant aged about Eighteen months Children of
James Irman< no role > by mary< no role > by wife are.
lately come into the said Parish endeavouring to Settle
there, Contrary to Law. And it appeareth unto us the
said Justices, and we do adjudge ThatThey arelikely
to become Chargeable to the said Parish, and upon Exami-
nation ofJohn Walker< no role >
taken upon Oath, it further appeareth unto us,
and we do likewise adjudge, ThatThe Town of Uxbridge
in the said County of Middlesex
is the Place of the last legal
Settlement of the saidJames Irman Mary his wife and
their said three Children
There are therefore, in His Majesty's Name, to Charge and
Command the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish ofEaling
forthwith to remove and convey the saidAnn Irman
Elizabeth Irman & Sarah Irman Children of the said James
Mary Inmanfrom the said Parish ofEaling
to the said
Town of Uxbridge and deli-
verthemto the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor there, or to some or one of themtogether with this Order or a true copy thereofwho are hereby re-
quired to provide forthemaccording to Law. Given un-
der our Hands and Seals the27thDay ofMarch
