It is Ordered by this Court that it be And It is hereby
recomended & referred unto his Maties Justices of
the peace for this County residing in Finsbury
Division in the sd. County to be Assembled at their
General meeting or petty sessions to be holden in &
for the same Division to consider of the petr. case
setforth in the within written peticon, And to grant
him a licence for the selling of beer & ale by retail
in order to gain his livelyhood if they shall think
proper,
