they have examined into the matters referred
to them by the said Order, and are of opinion that
seventeen pounds & five shillings is due for the
aforesaid worke and unpaid, and that the
same ought to be paid, This Court being
satisfyed of the truth of the premisses Doth
Order that John Higgs< no role > Gent General Trearer
of this County doe out of the Publick money
which now is or shall come to his hands forthwith
[..] pay unto the said John Warden< no role > the said
sume of seventeen pounds & five shillings
in full of the said demand, whose receipt
together with this Order shall be a sufficient
discharge to the said Treasurer for such
payment,
