Upon hearing of the appeale of the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Clement
Danes in this County against an Order under the
hands & seales of John Milner< no role > & Robert Hucks< no role > Esqr.
two of his Maties Justices of the peace for the said
County (Quorum unus) bearing date the first day of
October instant whereby Jacob Mail< no role > aged about
nine yeares son of John Mail< no role > deced by Ann< no role > his
wife was removed from the parish of St. Giles in the
fields in this County to the said parish of St. Clement
Danes as the place of the last legal settlement of the
said Jacob Mail, And upon hearing of what was
alledged by Councell for the Inhabitants of the said
parish of St. Giles in the fields and alsoe by Councell for
the Inhabitants of the said parish of St. Clement Danes
It appeareth to this Court that

whereupon this Court doth allow of the said appeal
