and Overseers of the Parish of St. Olave Silver Street
in the City of London

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrt.
under the Hands and Seals of John Milner< no role > and R: Midford
two of his. Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middx (Quorum unuc) bearing date the twenty thir day of
Septemr. last . Ann Bray< no role > Singlewoman was Removed from
the Parish of St. Giles in the Fields in the County of Middx to
the Said Parish at St. Olave Silver Street London as
the Place of her last legal Settlement By which Order
of the Said two Justices Your Petrs. Conceive themselves
to be Aggrieved and humbly Appeal there from

And therefore your Petrs. pray that the
Church wardens & Overseers of the Said Parish of Sd.
Giles in the Fields and all other Persons Concern'd
may Attend this Court this present Sessions [..]
Stand to and Abide the Determination of this Court
touching the Meritts of this Appeal
