Take Notice that I will appear as the Sessions of Oyer
& Terminer held at Hicks hall in St. John Street in the
County of Middlesex on Saturday next being the first day of
May at ten of the Clock in the forenoon to Try my Traverse
to an Indictment preferred by you agt. me for an Assault
as is alledged, Dated this 29th. of. Aprill 1731
