this Depont. being employed to Serve notices of Tryal
in this Cause on the Prosecutor Elizabeth Saunderson< no role >
and her Sollicitor, he this Depont. did on Friday the
Twenty third Day of April Instant go about the same
accordingly and made diligent and strict Enquiry and search
after the said Prosecutor, but could not meet with, nor
hear of or learn where said Prosecutor hath had any
residence or place of abode, Subsequent to a Lodging Prosecutr.
had in a house in Carthusian Street near Charter House
Square London late in the Occupation of Mrs. Ward,
but now in the Occupation of Mrs. Mary Smith< no role > , with
whom He this Depont. left a true Copy of the notice of
Tryal hereunto Annext for the said Prosecutor
Elizabeth Saunderson< no role > , he this Depont. being thereunto
induced both because he could find or discover no later
place of abode of the said Prosecutor And for that on the
Twenty fifth Day of November last past he this Depont.
did at the same place leave a Notice of Tryal for said
Prosecutor with the said Mrs. Ward To which the said
Prosecutor appeared in last December Sessions at the
Old Bailey London. And this Depont. further Saith
that he hath not as yet been able to Know who Acts as
Sollicitor in this Cause for the said Prosecutor
