That by an Ordr. under ye hands & Seales of John Mercer< no role > &
John Milner< no role > Esqrs. two of his Matyes Justices of the peace for
the County of Middx (Quorum Unus) bearing Date the 22d. day of
Aprill last your Petr. was Adjudged to be ye putative Father
of a Female Bastard Child borne in ye Pish of St. Gyles in
the Feilds in ye sd. County of Middx on the body of one Mary
Willard< no role > Widw. on ye 25th. day of March 1727 & baptized
Susanna, and was ordered to pay several sumes of
money in the said Order menconed on account of
the said child.

That your Petr. thinks himselfe aggreived by
the sd. Ordr. & Appeales there from to the Judgemt. of this
Cort

Your Petr. therefore humbly prays that
your Worspps will be pleased to Ordr. all
ptyes concerned to attend this Cort some
day in the next Sessions in Ordr. to hear
& determine the Matter of this appeale
