Take Notice that I intend to appear at the present Generall
Sessions of the peace to be held by adjornmt. for the County of
Middx at Hicks Hall in St John Streete on Friday next being
the fifteenth Day of this Instant May at [..] foure of the Clock in
the afternoon & will then & there plead Guilty to & confess
the Indictmt. by you preferred against me for Assaulting &
beating you Dated this 13th Day of May 1730 .
