Middlx : Victualer maketh Oath that in or about the Month of August
last Joseph Sprake< no role > this Deponents Son being Charged at the Complaint
of the Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Giles in
the Feilds in the Said County for be getting a Bastard Child borne in
Said Parish where upon this Depont. became bound in a Recognizance
for the Appearance of the Said Joseph Sprake< no role > to Answer the Same at
the next Sessions & the Said Joseph Sprake< no role > Junr . & this Depont. did
Appear accordingly & Peticon to be heard & that this Depont. might
be Discharged from the Said Recognizance but had no Order therein
& this Depont. further Saith that the Said Joseph Sprake< no role > about
his Master buisness fell off a House in Queen Square in the Said
County & is Since dead
