Inpursuance of the Order made on the hearing of this Cause
bearing dale the first Day of Decr. inthe. 11th. Year of his late Majtye
King George the first And of two other Subseqt. Orders made in
this Cause One dated the 12th. Day of Febry in the 12th. Year of
his said late Majtise . the other dated the 19o. of Decr. last I have
been attended aswell by the Soll for the Pll. as the soll for the
Defts Cater and Fox and have taken an Account of what is
due to the said [..] ford [..] Ball and Interest on a Morty [..]
for 5500 in the Pleadings in this Cause menconed and have
Computed Int. for the said £5500. from the 13th. Day of August
1719 . to the 28th. Day of Aprill 1726 . at which himeby the said
Order of the 12th. of Febry the said Interest was to be made
Principall being Six Years and an half and 73. Days at
the rate of £5. P Cent P Ann And do find that the said Interest
amounts to the Sum of £1842. 10s. which with the said Principal
Sum of £5500. makes in the whole the Sum of. £7342.10s. for
which said Sum of £7342. 10s. I have computed Interest (pursuant
to the said Order of the 12th Pf Hebrry) from the said 28th. of Aprill
1726 . to the 28th. of January 1728 . being two Years and three
Quarters of A year at the rate of £5 P Co. P Ann and which
amounts to the Sum of £1020. 14. which being added to the
said Sum of £7342. 10s. amounts in the whole to the Sum of
8363. 4s. and I have Considered of the Pls Bill of Costs
amounting to the Sum of £66. 11s. 10d which I have
Moderated and Taxes at the Sum of £48.14s.10d And also of
the Deft Fox's Bill of Costs amounting to the Sum of £17:0:2d
which I have Taxed at the Sum of £9.14s.6d And being
added to the said Sum of £48.14s.10d makes the Sum of £58.9s.4d
which said Sum of £58.9s.4d being added to the said Sum of
£8363.4s makes in the whole the Sum of £8421.13s.4d now
remaining due to theee Mr. for Principall Interest and
Costs All which I humbly Certifye and Submitt to this
Honoble Court
