These are to Certifie that Richd: Andrews< no role > one of the
petty Constables of Tottenham within yor: Liberty has
passed & Conveyed John Sale< no role > upon a horse through
this Com: to the parish of Cheshunt in the Com:
of Hertfordshire being Eight Miles and I do hereby
Allow unto the sd, Richd Andrews four shillings
which you are hereby required to pay him for his
Loss of time and Expences in passing & Conveying
the said John Sale as aforesaid Given under my
hand and Seale the 30th: day of July 1725
