Upon informacon given unto this Court by Mrs. Frances
Seymour

House keeper of the Sessions house called Hicks hall in St. John street inHicks halland Cryer of this Court
that she hath paid and disbursed severall sumes of money
to severallsumes of moneypersons for necessary
repaires by them done to Hicks hall aforesaid

PaidFor a new Iron & screw fixing the
Barr Joynt, wth. keeps the Prisoners in Court}

For an Iron to fasten the Inkstandish
for the Chairman in the Court

which severall sumes of money amount in the
whole to the sume of two pounds nine shillings &

six pence, This Courtbeing satiff upon inspecting
the said Bills & receipts, being satisfyed that the
repaires above menconed were necessary to be done and that the same were doneto be done& Pformed And
that the said Mrs. Seymour hath actually disbursed
the moneys aforesaid And she praying to be
reimbursed the same, It is Ordered by this Court
that William Colesworth< no role > Esqr . Generall Trearer
of this County be and he is hereby desired out of the
publique moneys in his hands to pay unto the sd. Mrs. Seymour
the said sume of two pounds nine shillings, & six pence in
full of the moneys by her disbursed as aforesaid, whose receipt
together with his Order shall be a sufficient discharge to the
said Mr. Cotesworth for such payment,
