It is Ordered by this Court that a letter be
written by the Clerke of the peace to
John Troughton< no role > Esqr . one of his Maties
Justices of the peace of this County to
acquaint him thatthis Court the
Justices of the peace now assembled
doe desire him to dine at Hickshall on
the County day in the next Quarter
Sessions being the eighteenth day of July instant at one of the clock in the after
noon, and after dinner to give them
an account why he bayled Joseph

at Clerkenwell In breach of the order of Regulacon without first
sending to George Harman< no role > & James Harrison< no role > who had been comitted
Esqr s: two of his Maties Justices of the peace of this County
thither by as a Vagabond by George
by whom the had been committed thither as a
Harman< no role > & James Harrison< no role > Esqrs. two other
vagabond
of his Maties Justices of the peace of this
County
for retorning bark into the
parish of Sunbury in this County after
he the said Tomlinson had been by warfrom thence legally
passed & conveyed by vertue of a Warrant
under their hands & Seales to the parish
of St. Ann Black Fryers London is the place of his
last legall settlement,
