Whereas Samuel Larimore< no role > of Southall in the
parish of Hays in this County Harness maker and
together with his surety Henry Larimore< no role > of the
parish of St. Clement Danes in the County
aforesaid Attorney did on the twentyeth day
of April one thousand seven hundred and
twenty eight become bound by Recognizance
taken before William Dobyns< no role > Esqr . one of his
Maties. Justices of the peace of this County in the
Sume of fourty pounds a peice upon Condicon
that the said Samuel Larimore< no role > should appear
at thebefore his Maties. Justices of the peace
at this present Generall Quarter Sessions of the
peace holden forthe saidthis County & then & there
toanswer the complaint made against him by
the Church wardens & Overseers of the poor for
the parish of Pinner for goeing away & leaving
his wife & one child about four years old to the
charge of the said parish and not depart the
Court without leave, Now upon hearing of
what was alledged by the said Samuel Larimore< no role >
(who appeared in this Court upon his said
Recognizance) and his Councellpraying that
the said Recognizance
insisting that the Woman
menconed in the same Recognizance is not the wife
