County of Middx. at the genll. quartr. Sessions of the peace
assembled

The humble petition and Appeal of the Church
Warden and Overseers of the poor of the parish of
Saint Giles without Cripplegate London

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Warrant or order under the hands and
Seals of John Milner< no role > and John Ellis< no role > Esquires two of his Maties Justices of
the peace for the said County (quor unus) bearing date the 12th. day of
January last Elizabeth Stone< no role > and John Stone< no role > were removed from the Parish
of St Giles in the fields in the said County of Middx to the said Parish of
Saint Giles without Cripplegate London at the place of the last legall
Settlement of the said Elizabeth Stone< no role > and John Stone< no role > .

That your Petrs. Conceive themselves aggrieved by the said
Warrant or Order and humbly appeal against the same but Cannot be
now ready to have the said Appeal now heard by reason of the absence of
some of their Material Witnesses

Yor. Petr. therefore humbly pray that the said
Appeal may be saved to them and that the hearing
and determinacon thereof may be adjournd to the
last day of this present one quarter Sessions And
that all parties Concerned may then attend to
hear and abide the Judgment and determinacon
of this Court upon and touching the said Appeal
And that your Petrs. may be releivs herein
according to Law and Justice

And your petrs. (col induty bound) shall ever pray Etc
