not receive the Order of this Honble Court That the Defendt. Henry Soley< no role > beat Liberty
to try his traverse upon an Indictment for unlawfully Entering this Depont. House
With the Defts. notice of trying his traverse as this day pursuant to the said Order of
Court untill about Six of the Clock last Tuesday night and this Dept. further Saith
That one Mrs. Burroughs is a very materiall Witness for this Dept. in this Cause and
that the said Burroughs now Lyes In and Keeps her Chamber and has so done for
the space of Fourteen days or thereabouts and without whose Evidence this Dept.
as he is adorsed cannot Safely try this Cause
