Quarter Sessions assembled.

The Humble Peticon and Appeal
of the Overseers of the poor of
the Liberty of Norton folgate
in yr: sd: County

Sheweth


That by Order under the Hands and Seals of
two of his Majties: Justices of the peace for the sd.
County of Midlx (Quor un.) bearing date the 5th.
day of October last John Faircloth< no role > was
removed from the Hamblet of Spittle fields in
the sd: County to our said Liberty of Norton
folgate as to the place of [..] his last Legal
Settlemt.

That yr. Petrs. think themselves agrievd by the
sd: Ordr: & humbly appeal to this Honble Court
agt. ye same.

Your Petr. therefore most humbly
pray that yr. Worspps would be
pleased to Order that yr. benefit of
ye: sd: Appeal may be saved unto
yr: Petrs: until the next General
Sessions of the peace to be held for
the sd. County And that the Churchwns
& Overseers of the poor of the sd. Hamblet
of Spittle fieles may be Ordrd. to Attend
some day the sd. sessions to hear & abide
the Judgemt. & determinacon of the Court
touching ye. sd. Appeal.
