in September 1726 bound for the Appeareance of Thomas Bush< no role >
ofthe sameparish at the then next Sessions at Hicks Hall in the
said County after which in February Sessions following he this
Deponent obtained a Bench Warrant against the said Thomas
Bush< no role > by upon which he was taken and accordingly put in Bailto
there to before Richard Gifford< no role > Esqr . one of This Majesties
Justices of the peace for the said County that during the Sessions
time he the said Thomas Bush< no role > by has [..] absconded and
although this Deponent has used all [..] ndeavours has not been
able to bring him the said Thomas Bushby< no role > into this Court
