, for suffering

by me Comitted, to escape, which Collins
had been bound over the 19th May 1726
to
answer for an Assault by him comitted upon
Tho. Gray< no role >
one of the Keepers of Enfield chace
to which Compet. rectifier Collins or his Surety
have yet appeard, and were therfore taken
upon a second Warrt for that Contempt
& brought before me and Comitted as is above sd
but were let escape by the sd Constable.
Then favour therfore Sr. now entreased, is;
that the said Collins may be continued upon
his Recognizance to next Sessions, when
he and the Constable will effectually be
prosecuted by Mr. Medlicot the then Ranger
in trust as he has by a Messenger promisd.
