Take notice that I [..] appeare on the Adjorumt. day of the Generall
Quarter Sessions to be holden at Hickshall in St. John Street in &
for the County of Middx on Monday next and plead Not Guilty
to the Indictmt. you preferred against me for assaulting and
unlawfully imprisoning you for the space of tenn hours Etc
and will also appeare at the next Generall Sessions holden
at the same place and for the Said County of Wednesday
being the thirtieth instant at ten of the Clock in the Forenoon
of the Same day and then & there try my Traverse on the
Said Indictmt. Dated the 26th. day of August 1727
