P adjorn Jovis 31 o. Augusti 1727

whereas the Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace for this County
called Michaelmas Sessions hath been [..] time out of
mind begun & holden on the Thursday in the Week next after the Feast of St In: the Archangell in every yearyearly for this Countyat Westminster
hall within the City & Liberty of Westmr . in the said
County, the same being within the Jurisdiccon of the
Justices of the peace of the same County, And where accordingly
It was intended that the next Generall Quarter Sessions
of the peace for this County should beginn & be holden
at Westminster hall aforesaidinon Thursday in the
week next after the Feast of St. Michael the Archargell
now next ensueing being the fifth day of October next
But Forasmuch asthere will notthe said Hall is to
be employed & made use of for theaccomedrecepcon
& entertainmt. of the Peers of this Kingsdome & Offices
of State who are to attend & be present at the
Coronation of his present Matie.King George the
second, thatthere will not be a conveinence of holding
the said sessions at westminster hallthereon the said fifth day of
October next, It is therefore, thought fitt & Ordered by this Court
that the said sessions shall beginn & be holden [..]
that dayat Hickshall in St. John Street in this Coun [..]
on that day at nine of the clock in the forenoon,and that the
precept shall be made retornable there at the same
time, And It is further ordered by this Nevertheless
this Court doth not require the Sherriffe of this County
to make a retorn of the said Precept on that day
But doth suspend the retaining of the same untill
