where of he stood indicted & he is to be delivered paying
his Fees 17s-6d

John Chester< no role > is discharged out of Newprison aforesaid & is comitted to
to the house of Correccon for this County according to
the sentence & Judgment given against him by the Court

Sara [..] Kent< no role > hath pleaded not guilty to an Indictment against
her for speaking seditions & standalons words of his
late Majesty King George & the Royal Family is
comitted to newprison aforesaid for want of Sufficient
Sureties for her appearance att the next [..]
Sessions of Oyer & Terminer to be held for this
County to Psecute her traverse with effect upon the
said Indictment to remain till she find such sureties
before Sr Daniel Dolins< no role > Kt and John Ellis< no role > of
Denmarke street Esqr two of his Maties Justices &
Comissioners of Oyer & Terminer for this County or
one of them to whom it is recomended & referred
to take & approve thereof to remain till she find such
sureties then to be delivered paying her Fees 4s-8d.
The said Sara Kent< no role > is to give notice to the Psecutor of the
names of the Psons she Pposes to be her sureties & of the
day & time of their attendance upon the said Justices for
the taking the said Sureties
