Sr.

It being referred by Order of Generall Quarter Sessions of the Peace
holden for the County of Middx to a Committee of his Majties. Justices
of the Peace to take & adjust the Accounts of the Treasurers of the
said County, I write this to acquaint you that you are desired
to produce before the said Committee of Justices at Hicks hall
in St. John Street on Thursday the Twenty second day of June
instant at ten of the Clock in the forenoon yor. Account of
Moneys paid into yor. hands as Trearer of the Moneys raised for
releife of maimed soldiers & Mariners within
the Hundreds of Elthorne Spelthorne & Istleworth
in the said County
and how the same or any part thereof hath been disposed of,
& of what Sume of Money is resting in your hands, and of what
Arreares are yet standing out & unreceived from any and
what Parishes or Places, & what high Constables have
made default in not paying you the same, I am
