The Humble Peticon of Joseph
Hows
< no role > of the Parish of St. Leonard
Shoredich in the said County

Sheweth


That your Peticonr. on or about the Eleventh day
of July Instant was Chosen to Serve the Office of Scavenger for
the Liberty of Holywel Street in the Parish of St. Leonard Shoredich
aforesaid altho on the fourth day of April being Tuesday in Easter
week last Thomas Dee< no role > Solomon Silby< no role > was Chosen by the
Constable Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor & other Ancient
Inhabitants of the said parish to Serve the Office of Scavenger for
the Liberty of Holywel Street aforesaid and that they did exte Etc of
the said Office and employ'd Thomas Sykes< no role > to be Raker for the
said Liberty

Your Peticonr. thinking himself agreived
thereby humbly appeals to this Honble Court
and pray that your Worsps would be pleased
the Order that the Constable Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor & other Ancient
Inhabitants of the said parish & all other
persons concerned may attend some day this
present Sessions to hear & abide the Judgemt.
& determination of this Court
